I'm running Cygwin under XP, with the pmp_server.py file edited to have the FULL path of my movies i.e. "c:/pmp". You should be able to see what files are shared even if they won't play without Linux. When looking at the PMP converter earlier I saw that it was set to a bitrate of 768.
